Cape gooseberry seeds are easily grown. Treat much like tomato seeds in germination, above 20C and about 1 cm deep into a moistened potting mix. Allow 1-2 weeks for germination, cooler temps will slow down the process.
Physalis peruviana - Cape Gooseberry Fresh Fruit
Cape gooseberry is similar to cherry tomatoes in appearance, though slightly smaller. They are great out of hand and have a lovely sweet fruity tomato type zest to them. By far much tastier than any tomato around!
